The divorce process of Raisa Andriana and Hamish Daud has just been held at the South Jakarta Religious Court on Monday (3/11/2025). Although the first hearing was postponed, Raisa's side has apparently prepared several witnesses who will be presented in court.

Raisa's attorney, Puguh Putra Lubis, revealed that the list of witness names is already in hand, although it has not been finalized. The witnesses come from Raisa's closest circle.
"Not yet, not yet. We already have the names, but of course, whether we are final or not, that will be decided later," said Puguh when met at the South Jakarta Religious Court on Monday (3/11/2025).
Puguh explained that witnesses in divorce cases can come from various backgrounds, as long as they know, have seen, or have personally experienced the issues occurring in his client's household.
"So the category of witnesses can be family, friends, or anyone who knows. Those who know, who see, who have experienced it themselves. So, at this moment, we haven't decided, but that is the mistake," he explained.
He confirmed that the names that have been prepared include family and also close friends. This indicates that their household issues are likely already known by those closest to them.
"Yes, including that. So, indeed the circle, the coverage," he emphasized.
Meanwhile, the main focus right now is on the next hearing agenda, which is the re-summoning of the defendant, Hamish Daud, who was absent at the first summons."The next agenda is still the summoning of the parties," concluded Puguh.
