4 Times Incident, Attila Syach Worries About Child's Mental Health Due to Forced Abduction Attempt

Kapanlagi.com - After officially divorcing in 2021, the relationship between Attila Syach and Bunga Sophia has not been good. They have argued about their child several times. The latest news is that Attila Syach revealed that their second child, Kardin, was forcibly taken by unknown people. Attila suspects that they are acting on behalf of his ex-wife.

There have been at least four attempted child abductions in the past two months. At that time, they agreed to settle peacefully. However, for this incident, Attila Syach did not accept it and eventually reported the people who kidnapped his child to the police.

“It's been two years (dealing with) this pity for the child. Remember, in the past two months, there have been four attempted abductions, two of them at school. But (at that time) we settled peacefully,” said Attila Syach when met at the Bogor Police Station, West Java, Friday (15/12).

1. Child Doesn't Want to be with Mother

After the divorce, the custody of the child is indeed given to the mother. But Attila Syach revealed that his child actually wants to live with him because they are no longer comfortable living with their mother. As a father, Attila Syach tries to provide security and comfort for his children.

"If we talk about being forbidden (to meet), you can ask the Head Clerk of the Religious Court, on November 23rd there was an execution at my house. This child is at my house and doesn't want to go back, witnessed by the Clerk, Head Clerk of the Religious Court, and the Police that this child doesn't want (to go to their mother)," said Attila Syach.

Attila also emphasized that there is no coercion from him towards his daughter regarding who she wants to be with.

"Without any coercion from me, which is always said that I indoctrinate, I get angry, there is no coercion, her mother is not accepted by the children themselves. I feel safe, the children want to be with me, I just protect them as a parent, there is a school pick-up service, there is a nanny outside of school," he continued.

2. Worry about the Child's Mental

Attila Syach doesn't understand the motive of his ex-wife for this incident. He is only worried about the mental health of their 10-year-old child.

"If this is suddenly taken forcefully, I don't know why, don't ask me about the motive but ask them. If I see 'that's your child too, but as a parent (mother) you don't think about their mental problems', what we are currently observing is that many children have mental disorders, problems of violence thrown by parents," he explained.

"My child at home is being dragged. I have recordings, evidence on WhatsApp. I will hand it over to the legal expert if this continues to court, we will open everything," Attila Syach concluded.
