Entitled Estella, the collaborative collection of Callista Arum and Hardware was officially introduced to the public on December 2, 2024. The launch of her collection took place on Monday (12/2/2024) at the Studio Gedung Putih, Bintaro area, South Tangerang. The event showcased the entire Hardware x Callista Arum collection in a grand event.

1. Nervous for a Moment

After the event, Callista Arum admitted that she felt nervous when asked to walk on the catwalk showcasing the fashion she collaborated on. There was a reason for this, as it was her first time appearing as a muse at a fashion show.

"Just now, when I was about to walk to the stage, I was shaking because I had never done a runway before and I was afraid of falling. But thank God the event went smoothly," said Callista Arum.

Not only grateful that her runway appearance went smoothly, the 20-year-old woman was also happy that her collaboration collection with Hardware was finally released. Moreover, she felt that Estella truly represented her fashion style in her daily life.

"Of course (satisfied), from the very beginning I saw, just from the photo shape I already liked it a lot. Even the Hardware team asked, 'Do you have any comments?' I was like, I love it," said Callista Arum.

3. Lasting Quite a While

As a collaborator, Callista Arum mentioned that the development process of her collaboration has been ongoing for quite a while. Throughout the process, Callista was heavily involved from designing, selecting materials, determining colors, and more.

"Estella has both casual and truly elegant pieces. So it can be worn on several occasions. Basically, my collection is complete, ranging from daily wear to formal occasions, for red carpet events, parties, it’s all there," she explained.

"Estella very much represents Callista as an artist: young, talented, beautiful, stylish, and radiant. So it truly represents these Estella collections. The collections themselves are indeed inspired by Callista, they are perfect, really great for personal collection, and also suitable for everyday wear," added Christina Firenzi, designer from Hardware.

Not just as a fashion item, the Estella collection also turns out to be one of the tangible forms of support from Callista Arum and Hardware for the government's desire to campaign for pride in using local products. Therefore, Callista hopes her collaboration with Hardware can be accepted by the entire community.

"I want to collaborate with Hardware because Hardware is 100 percent a local product made from materials, production, everything is in Indonesia. So everything is made in Indonesia, and I am very proud of that. I hope people out there like the Estella collection and other Hardware products," said Callista Arum.

Callista Arum's invitation for the community to be prouder and love original local Indonesian products is also emphasized by Bubun Benyamin as the Co-Founder of Hardware. According to him, it is important for the government to seriously combat illegal imported products to further develop the domestic fashion industry.

"In line with the government's direction, we want to invite the community to better appreciate the products created by the nation's children so that they can continue to develop in the future," he said.
