In her post description, Zaskia mentioned that she initially wanted to visit the residents living under the bridge.
On Tuesday (3/4), Zaskia woke up from sleep in the morning and saw news about the floods that were increasingly widespread in several places.
Finally, she immediately contacted her colleague named Indadari (the ex-wife of Caisar & Lucky Hakim) to move directly to the flood area after visiting the underbridge.
Zaskia eventually opened a donation campaign and was shocked when after the noon prayer, someone transferred a very large amount and requested it to be channeled to the flood victims.
Zaskia and her team then purchased various necessities for the flood victims such as food, cleaning supplies, candles, drinking water, and bought inflatable boats.
"Although we know that our assistance is not significant compared to the heavy disaster that our brothers and sisters are experiencing at dawn during Ramadan, at least our presence gives them energy that we are here and, God willing, ready to help," wrote Zaskia in the caption of her post on Wednesday (5/3).
"God willing, today we will return to several points.. thank you also for your participation, for those who want to help through the link in my bio. Thank you to those who have accompanied us, Allah knows every role you play, no matter how small. Barakallahufii," concluded Zaskia.
Zaskia's action of going into areas affected by the flood and directly helping them has garnered praise from netizens. Netizens describe Zaskia's attitude as a public figure as very worthy of being an example for other members of society.
