Singer Rahmania Astrini became the opening act for the Music of Spheres World Tour by the British band Coldplay. The concert, held at the Gelora Bung Karno Main Stadium, took place on Wednesday, November 15, 2023.
Barry Maheswara, Director of A&R Warner Music Indonesia, revealed that the decision to select Rahmania Astrini as the opening act was made directly by Coldplay.
"There is no deal whatsoever, it was purely Coldplay's decision to choose Rahmania Astrini," said Barry Maheswara to the media on Wednesday, November 15, 2023.
Of course, this is an honor for Warner Music Indonesia, because Rahmania Astrini, despite her young age, has shown extraordinary potential in the music world.
"Certainly very proud, Astri is a very talented young musician," said Barry.
Barry also revealed that Rahmania Astrini will present one of her new songs that was just released on November 10, 2023.
