Admitting to being a victim, artist Rebecca Klopper reports Twitter account that spreads alleged indecent video of herself

Kapanlagi.com - The latest development concerns the circulation of an alleged indecent video of young star Rebecca Klopper. Last Monday (22/5/2023), through her legal representative, Rebecca reported the owner of the Twitter account @dedekkugem to the Indonesian National Police Headquarters.

"On Monday, May 22, 2023 at 4:45 PM based on police report LP/B/113/V/2023/SPKT Bareskrim Polri, the recipient of power of attorney from RPK alias RK reported the owner of the Twitter account Dedekgemes @dedekkugem," said Indonesian National Police Headquarters Public Relations Division Brigadier General Ahmad Ramadhan in a press conference on Thursday (25/5/2023).

1. Intentionally Distributing Indecent Video

As known, the account has posted a 47-second video allegedly showing indecent activities of Rebecca Klopper with a young man. The report to Bareskrim Polri concerns the video.

"Report on alleged criminal offense of intentionally and without right distributing and/or transmitting and/or making accessible electronic information and/or electronic documents that contain indecent material as referred to in article 45 paragraph 1 juncto 27 paragraph 1 of Law R1 Number 19 of 2016 Regarding Amendments to Law RI Number 11 Year 2008 Regarding ITE," continued Brigadier General Ahmad Ramadhan.

2. Included Evidence

In her police report, Rebecca Klopper included evidence as a victim. The evidence is in the form of a capture image that shows the upload of the pornographic video.

"The evidence obtained is a screenshot of the @dedekkugem account. The reporter is a power of attorney from RAPK alias RK who is a victim of the crime," said Brigadier General Pol Ahmad Ramadhan.
