Affected by the Covid-19 Pandemic, Comedian Sapri Now Sells Soto and Used Bicycles

"Yes, it's true (fewer jobs), I sold soto before. But with soto, the income is certain and different from shooting," Sapri said to the host Nikita Mirzani.

1. Soto Selling Business Not Going Smoothly

Sapri's soto business itself is not going smoothly. As known, in the past few months, the public has been advised to stay at home to reduce the spread of Covid-19.

"The trade is still ongoing, but there is a reduction, previously 10 kg-15 kg, now only 5 kg," he continued.

2. Not Much Income

The daily income that Sapri gets from his sales is not too big. Nevertheless, at least he can still use the money for daily needs.

"Yes, to pay employees and rent, the rest is saved for religious activities," Sapri answered.

3. Selling Bicycles

In addition to selling soto, Sapri is now trying to expand his business. He even started selling used bicycles. He does whatever he can to survive during this pandemic.

"Just selling, and there is also an addition of selling used bicycles. I looked for them in remote areas, I found some in Sunter and then in Cimanggis, Depok. The folding bicycles sold well, it brought a little profit for additional capital," Sapri concluded.
