Amy Qanita Admits to Often "Misbehavior" When Taking Care of Granddaughter: Lily Likes Nastar, Gigi Doesn't Allow It

This is also what Amy Qanita, also known as Mom Amy, feels while taking care of her granddaughter, Ranayma Malika Raudia Andara or Lily. Mom Amy shared her fun experiences taking care of Lily, who is currently very active.

Gigi and Raffi, who are currently abroad, have entrusted Lily to her two grandmothers, namely Amy Qanita and Mama Rieta. They take turns caring for the little one to ensure she receives attention and affection.

"Oh yes, Gigi went to Italy yesterday with Rayyanza and Rafathar, Lily is alone here, and I am also busy, so we just take turns with Mama Rieta and me, together. Sometimes with Mama Rieta, sometimes with me, but mostly with Mama Rieta," said Amy Qanita when met in the Dharmawangsa area recently.

1. Grandchild Becomes a Source of Comfort

Undeniably, the presence of a grandchild indeed becomes a unique source of comfort for elderly parents. Mama Amy also acknowledges the same when asked about her feelings when with Lily.

"Of course, for me at this age, a grandchild is truly a source of comfort, it's just joyful to see their antics, happy," she explained.

2. Once Committed a Minor Deviation Regarding Food

However, what caught attention was Mama Amy's confession that she once committed a small "deviation" when feeding Lily. She admitted that sometimes she gives food that is actually not allowed by Mama Gigi.

"Oh yes, sometimes, there are little deviations, you know, it's just what grandmothers do, they just want to give. We also know what she should be given after eating, so it's not just giving anything," she said while laughing.

3. Lily Loves Nastar

Lily is known to really love nastar. Her love for this cookie is said to be due to her fondness for eating and her non-picky eating habits.

"She is indeed a child who loves to eat, chubby, and anything is easily accepted, nastar tastes good, sweet and sour, Lily likes it," said Amy.

4. Keep Lily's Intake in Check

Nevertheless, her grandmother keeps an eye on Lily's intake and does not allow excessive consumption of nastar.

"No, we also don’t just let her eat whatever she wants," she said.

Amy Qanita also mentioned that Lily's development is very good. She feels grateful because her granddaughter is growing up healthy and is easy to feed.

"Her development is healthy, good, thank God she is chubby, she eats easily, thank God," she said.
