Fahmi also clarified the difference between living apart and sleeping apart, which have different legal consequences. He explained that if a couple still lives in the same house even if they do not sleep together, it does not meet the criteria for divorce.
"Living apart means sleeping apart, yes if they sleep apart they are in the same house but do not sleep together, and that is still a violation, they cannot be divorced. It does not meet the criteria," he elaborated.
With the condition that has been ongoing for a year now, Fahmi ensures that the main requirement for filing a divorce has been met. This condition serves as a strong basis for Andre Taulany to continue the separation process in court. "It's been a year since they separated," he concluded.
