"I still eat everything, grilled chicken, ketoprak, and even instant noodles. I just reduce the portion, for example, if I eat instant noodles, I only eat two spoons because what matters is that I'm satisfied," explained Asri Welas.

3. Protein Consumption

Because most of the exercises are cardio-based, Asri Welas said that she prioritizes her protein consumption over other foods in order to build muscles.

"For people who do cardio exercises, they need more protein. That's why Ade Rai can eat up to 40 eggs, because besides making the body stronger, protein also helps us build muscles," Asri Welas concluded.
