Atta Halilintar Reveals News About Anang and Ashanty During Their Hajj Pilgrimage

The departure of Anang Hermansyah and Ashanty to perform the Hajj has drawn attention from the family left behind in the homeland. Atta Halilintar, as their son-in-law, admits to continuously praying for his in-laws to have a smooth experience during the fifth pillar of Islam.

"Not yet, no, there hasn't been any sharing of stories," said Atta Halilintar when met in the Senayan area, Central Jakarta, Saturday (30/5/2026).

Aurel Hermansyah's husband stated that communication with Anang and Ashanty has not been very intense since they have been in the Holy Land. According to Atta, the conditions during Hajj are different from those during Umrah because it requires greater focus.

Even though he hasn't received direct stories, Atta continues to monitor news from various sources. He is grateful that the information he has received so far indicates a good condition."Not yet, maybe because over there it seems like Hajj is different from Umrah. During Hajj, we have to be very focused," he said.

Atta considers the pilgrimage to Mecca to be a very special spiritual journey. Therefore, he understands if Anang and Ashanty prioritize worship over communicating with their family in Indonesia.

"Yes, I heard that all the stories are good, positive, and the worship is going smoothly. That's what we all pray for," he continued.

The YouTuber, whose full name is Muhammad Attamimi Halilintar, also highlighted the great effort someone makes to be able to go on pilgrimage. According to him, that opportunity is a moment that deserves gratitude and is supported with prayers.

"Yes, even though if we look at it, we need a long time to be able to go on pilgrimage. So when that happens, we all want to, what is it, pray," he said.

When asked about the current position of Anang and Ashanty while in the Holy Land, Atta admitted he did not know the details of their pilgrimage.
