Audi Marissa Files for Divorce on August 11, Hearing on September 3 at South Jakarta District Court

Kapanlagi.com - Audi Marissa has officially filed for divorce from her husband, Anthony Xie. This information was confirmed by the Public Relations of the South Jakarta District Court, Richard Edwin Basuki. He stated that the case file has been submitted and recorded in the court registry.

"Yes, the case is recorded under number 957/Pdt.G/2026. The registration date in our registry is August 11, 2026. The filing was made by the woman (Audi Marissa) through her legal representative," Richard Edwin told the media on Monday (31/8/2026).

Richard Edwin added that the registration of the case at the District Court refers to the marriage procedures followed by the couple. Since the marriage was conducted in a Christian manner, the case is handled by the general court.

"So, for now, if it is registered at the District Court, it means that automatically their marriage is, uh, through, uh, Christian procedures, thus registered at the District Court. General Court, General Judiciary," he continued.

1. Joint Property and Custody Issues

Regarding joint property, Richard Edwin stated that there is still no certainty whether this will be part of the lawsuit filed in court.

He also mentioned that details regarding the custody of Audi Marissa's son and Anthony Xie cannot be explained at this early stage.

"As we read it, it doesn't appear that way. However, in the subsequent trial, it may be followed up," he said.

2. Audi Marissa's First Hearing on September 3

In his statement, Richard Edwin mentioned that the first hearing of this case is scheduled for Thursday, September 3, 2026, at the South Jakarta District Court.

At the first hearing, the court expects the presence of both parties. If complete, the process will continue to the mediation stage in accordance with procedural law.

"For the first hearing, according to our records, it is on September 3, 2026. In principle, according to procedural law, we expect both parties to be present at the first hearing. However, when one party is not present, we will issue another summons. And when everyone is present and complete, both the principals and their representatives, once everything is complete, we will proceed with the mediation process," concluded Richard Edwin.
