1. Not Knowing the Latest Condition

When met in the Kemang area, South Jakarta, on Wednesday (6/3), Roy Marten admitted that he did not really know Polo's last condition for sure. However, he said that some activities had indeed been canceled due to the late health condition.

"I myself don't really know. At that time, the Srimulat group was going to Surabaya or somewhere, suddenly Polonya had to go to the hospital. I don't know what illness he had," said Roy Marten.

2. Having to Go In and Out of the Hospital

When asked further, Roy Marten revealed how Polo's condition was before he passed away. He said that Polo indeed had to go in and out of the hospital.

"Yes, yes, he did. But at that time, I hadn't had a chance to visit him yet, when I wanted to visit him, they said he had already gone home," he said.

"And he always used an oxygen tube. Several times I invited him, but he always said, 'I'm sorry, I can't come because I still use an oxygen tube wherever I go,'" he added.

3. Breathing with the Help of an Oxygen Tube

Not only that, because of his deteriorating health condition, Roy Marten confirmed that the late Polo had to breathe with the help of an oxygen tube. Therefore, Polo Srimulat could not participate in various activities with his colleagues.

"Yes, yes, always close to the oxygen tube. He always couldn't join activities because of that illness," he said.
