Kapanlagi.com - The daughter of dangdut singer Ayu Ting Ting, Bilqis Khumairah Razak, made her parents proud. The 9-year-old received a certificate after performing on the piano.
Bilqis' mother, Ayu Ting Ting, explained that her daughter received an award after performing in a mini concert held at her music school. "Indeed, at Bilqis' music school, they held a mini concert and anyone who wants to participate can do so, as long as they have the courage," said Ayu Ting Ting at Klinik Dermapro Jakarta Barat, Wednesday (24/5/2023).
Ayu Ting Ting revealed that at first, she was nervous watching her daughter perform on stage. Moreover, this was Bilqis' first time showcasing her piano playing talent in front of a large audience.
"Yes, she received a certificate because it was her first time playing in a mini piano concert. I was a bit nervous because this was her first time playing the piano," said Ayu Ting Ting.
"If it's singing, it's already normal and then they're given an award to boost their morale," continued Ayu Ting Ting.
As a mother, Ayu Ting Ting is certainly proud of her daughter's achievement in playing the piano. Seeing Bilqis' talent in playing the piano, the singer of the song Sambalado reminisces about her past. She admitted that she wanted to be able to play the piano.
"I'm happy, when she plays the piano, I work and I don't know, but I can see her progress and she's happy playing music, I'm happy. My dream was to be able to play the piano," concluded Ayu Ting Ting.
