Camelia Malik Touched to See Tahlilan for Titiek Puspa: Like in Mecca, Everything is White

Kapanlagi.com - Camelia Malik revealed her deep impressions while attending the tahlilan event seven days after the passing of Titiek Puspa. She felt that the atmosphere was so solemn and meaningful, akin to worship in the holy land.

"I feel the same, meaning I can be here, I can join in prayer. Just when I entered here, I saw 'why does it feel like we're in Mecca?' everything is white, right?" said Camelia Malik after the tahlilan event seven days after the passing of Titiek Puspa at the PTIK Building, South Jakarta, some time ago.

The white dress code was not a coincidence, but a direct request from the late one who indeed loved that color.

"It was the elder who requested it, she has said for a long time that her favorite color is white, from before," said Camelia.

Iis Dahlia also recalled that at Titiek Puspa's 87th birthday, white was also the theme of the event's attire.

"Do you remember, Ma'am, that last year at the elder's birthday, the dress code was also white," said Iis.

For Camelia, Titiek Puspa is a figure who can create an atmosphere full of cheerfulness and warmth.

"And we really respect, love, and always want to meet her because she has many advantages and can make every situation beautiful, fresh, and comfortable, right?" she said.

2. Still Show Care Even When Sick

Even though she was once sick, Titiek Puspa still showed her care to everyone she knew.

"The last time I called her, it could take hours, right? Everyone got a call from her even when she was already sick," revealed Camelia.

Iis added that Titiek Puspa indeed preferred to communicate through voice rather than text.

"Because she doesn’t like WhatsApp. 'My eyes are tired, for me it’s just a hassle' that’s how she puts it," said Iis.
