Caught for Drugs, Jennifer Jill Reveals Forgetting to Dispose of the Remaining Shabu & Still Stored in the Wardrobe

Kapanlagi.com - Four witnesses were presented by the Public Prosecutor (JPU) in the trial of the alleged possession and abuse of drugs with the defendant Jennifer Jill. The four individuals presented were police officers who apprehended Ajun Perwira's wife.

From the witnesses' testimony, it was revealed that Jennifer Jill forgot that she had stored a type of drug called shabu in the wardrobe. She forgot to dispose of the remaining shabu.

"We asked her why she didn't dispose of it when she no longer used it, and she said she forgot," said one of the police officers when questioned by the judge at the West Jakarta District Court on Tuesday, May 18.

1. Forgot to Save Drugs

After the trial, Jennifer Jill's legal team admitted that she had previously consumed a type of drug called methamphetamine. The rest, Jennifer Jill herself forgot to dispose of it and it is still stored in the wardrobe.

"There was no intention to keep it, someone who has used it can sometimes forget what they have. We are also normal, we often forget where we put things. So there was no intention to keep it," said Sahalah Siahaan, Jennifer Jill's legal representative.

2. Rehabilitation

In addition, the evidence found in the wardrobe is less than one gram. Therefore, according to the applicable law, she must undergo rehabilitation.

"Yes, and the evidence is only 0.39 grams. And according to the Supreme Court ruling, rehabilitation is carried out for less than one gram. 0.39 grams, so it's not a new item. It's leftover from a long time ago. Maybe she forgot, and she is a drug abuser," he concluded.
