Rio Reifan Arrested for Drugs, Evidence of Crystal Meth Found in His House

Kapanlagi.com - Not long after being released from prison due to assimilation process last December, Rio Reifan is in trouble with the law again. The 36-year-old actor was arrested by the police for drug abuse. 

This news was directly conveyed by the Head of Public Relations of the Jakarta Metropolitan Police, Commissioner Pol. Yusri Yunus. 

"Indeed, someone with the initials RR, who is a public figure, has been arrested," said Commissioner Pol. Yusri Yunus, on Tuesday (20/4/2021).

1. Evidence

Yusri Yunus explained that Rio Reifan was arrested by the Central Jakarta Metro Police in his residence on Monday (19/4/2021) for drug possession. During the arrest, evidence in the form of crystal meth was found. Currently, the police are still conducting intensive investigations.  

"Arrested in his house, the evidence is crystal meth and it is currently undergoing intensive investigation," added Yusri Yunus.

2. Fourth Time

Being arrested by the police for drug abuse is not the first time for Rio Reifan. He was first arrested in January 2015 for possession of crystal meth and had to stay in detention for 14 months.

The second arrest occurred on August 13, 2017, when he held a crystal meth party at a nightclub. And lastly, he was arrested in August 2019 for a similar case.
