Alternately, the ex-wife and both of his sons take care of the actor. Fahmi stated that his second son, Aril, is the one who is most eager to help him with personal hygiene matters.

"If I'm currently on duty, right now the second child, Aril, is here. He can change the diapers. He can clean my mess," Fahmi Bo revealed when met at his rented place in the Jalan Panjang area, West Jakarta, on Monday (29/09/2025).

Meanwhile, his ex-wife will take over the caregiving duties at night. Fahmi admits that not all of his children are strong enough to perform these tasks. He mentioned that his eldest son cannot bear it and is unable to clean up after him.

"The first child, he can't do it, can't do anything. If it's messy, he doesn't want to, he says he can't handle it," he explained.

Nevertheless, their presence has been more than enough to give him strength. For him, seeing the sincerity of his ex-wife and children caring for him in his lowest moments is an invaluable blessing.
