Instagram influencer and actress Erika Carlina visited the Metro Jaya Police on Thursday (24/7/2025). Her visit was to undergo clarification regarding the police report she had previously filed. She reported DJ Panda for violating personal data protection laws. Here are the details.
According to police statements, Erika reported DJ Panda on Saturday (19/7) at 01:13 WIB. DJ Panda was reported under the article of Unpleasant Acts as per Law Number 1 of 1946 concerning the Penal Code as referred to in Article 335 and/or Article 28 Paragraph (2) in conjunction with Article 45 of the ITE Law and/or Article 65 Paragraph (2) of Law 27 of 2022 concerning Personal Data Protection.
In the statement provided, the threats occurred on Saturday (21/6). Erika, as the reporter and also the victim, learned that DJ Panda threatened to destroy her career.
"The reporter as the victim explained that the victim learned from a witness named B. Where the reported party sent a message via WhatsApp Group using the number 0821-XXXX-XXXX which contained threats to destroy the victim's career," stated the police report.
"The reported party also wants to create false news by stating that the child in the victim's womb is not his child," the police continued.
Not stopping there, Erika was also referred to as a psychopath by DJ Panda. Even the ultrasound results and Erika's personal data were also disseminated.
"Then the reported party also stated that the victim is a psychopath. Furthermore, in that WhatsApp group, the reported party also sent the victim's personal data from P.I Hospital along with the victim's ultrasound photo," wrote the police.
Due to DJ Panda's actions, Erika feels threatened and harmed. Erika has also submitted evidence in the form of 2 screen recordings of the WhatsApp group and the group chat.
