Chronology of Turah Parthayana's Alleged Sexual Harassment, Starting from Watching-Arguing with the Victim's Girlfriend

The victim of sexual harassment is known to be a fellow student in Russia and has the initials JA. Twitter account @sandi_sa119 explains the chronology of the sexual harassment directly from JA's account.

The incident took place in room 430 of the Parus dormitory on November 23, 2019, and was confirmed through a statement from the Chairman of PPI/Permira Tomsk, Gokma Sahat Tua Sinaga.

The incident started from watching together. However, at that time, he committed indecent acts three times, one of which directed the victim's hand towards his genitals.

The victim then told her boyfriend about the incident, who immediately sent a message to Turah and asked to meet.

When the message came in and was read, Turah immediately banged on the victim's door and forced his way in. He asked for the reason why she reported the incident to her boyfriend.

Turah and the victim's boyfriend had a fight, until finally the chairman of PPI (Indonesian Student Association) in Tomsk, Gokma Sahat, called Turah. He admitted his mistake and was willing to accept the punishment.

At that time, Turah received a sanction of being expelled from the ongoing committee and he resigned from PPI Tomsk. Turah also clarified this incident at a meeting of Indonesian students, and this issue was considered resolved at that time.

This issue should not have been spread on social media to protect the good name of JA, but JA changed his mind and allowed Sandi to tell the incident he experienced to the public to prevent other victims.
