Clarification from Ria Ricis Regarding the Reprimand from Complex Residents, Calls the Reprimander Strange

The story shared by the user quickly went viral. Many netizens were outraged by Ricis' actions, claiming that she ignored the residents' reprimands despite being warned multiple times. Now, it's Ricis' turn to speak up about this issue.

"I was at home, right next to her, and there were also people from the complex who intervened to calm down Bu Heni (who was angry) and not get too emotional. Thankfully, the head of the complex is a good person. (Ricis) didn't cry, she just felt strange why she (Bu Heni) acted like that, because she was like that last year too, it's just strange," said Ria Ricis' manager, Riri, when contacted by phone on Monday (23/3).

1. Disappointed with the Action of the Person Uploading Ricis' Video

Ricis herself is disappointed with @HennyMyranda's decision to upload the video on social media. She feels that Ricis should have been advised in a good manner, instead of being criticized on social media.

"Ricis and I don't know because I was inside, she was already complaining outside the house, I also don't know. Maybe if we made a mistake, we could be advised in a good manner or something, there is a procedure, we can't just keep recording and posting," Riri continued.

2. Already Advised Many Times?

Riri emphasized that they would definitely understand if they had been advised once. However, @HennyMyranda insisted that residents had repeatedly given warnings regarding this incident.

"(Advised) for the fourth time, no, I just found out about this. But if it's already the fourth time, I don't know who she complained to, because I also coordinate with the security guard at home if there's anything. And coincidentally, I'm close to the chairman of the complex, his name is Mr. Rio, we have a good relationship too. If there's anything, he can advise me and we will immediately fix it. I don't know if Mrs. Heni complained directly to me, I just found out from the driver and the security guard," Riri concluded.
