Cooperative When Examined, Police Successfully Arrested Another Suspect From Ammar Zoni's Information

Kapanlagi.com - The police have successfully arrested another perpetrator who is suspected of being a drug supplier to Ammar Zoni. The Head of Narcotics Unit of West Jakarta Metropolitan Police, AKBP Indrawienny Panjiyoga, said that the perpetrator was arrested in the Ancol area while trying to escape.

When met at the West Jakarta Metropolitan Police, Thursday (14/12), Indrawienny said that the investigation is still ongoing. She also confirmed that the information regarding the supplier was provided by Ammar Zoni.

"Information from Ammar Zoni. We are still investigating, and once we obtain it, we will conduct an examination," said Indrawienny Panjiyoga.

1. Evidence of Goods

From the arrest, new evidence in the form of a package of marijuana was also found. Until now, the police are still conducting an examination related to the evidence.

"(evidence) Has not been weighed, it is from the crime scene, it will be weighed during the examination,"

"We are still investigating this. The suspect's status is still under investigation, whether there is involvement of other people in this case," he continued.

2. Perpetrator Escapes

When asked further, he said that the perpetrator escaped because he knew that Ammar Zoni had been arrested. Fortunately, when he was arrested, there was no resistance from the suspect.

"I don't know yet, because he knew Ammar Zoni was arrested, he wanted to escape. (Resistance?) There was none," he said.

3. Ammar Zoni Reveals All Information

In addition, Indrawienny also revealed that Ammar Zoni did indeed disclose all information related to his case. The plan is to conduct a health examination on Ammar Zoni this afternoon.

"Yes. Ammar Zoni revealed everything, what has been done and who supplied the goods and was arrested. Later this afternoon, we will check his health," he concluded.
