CPNS Fraud Allegations, Olivia Nathania, Nia Daniaty's Daughter Reported to the Police

Kapanlagi.com - Olivia Nathania, who is the daughter of Nia Daniaty, was reported to the Jakarta Metro Police with allegations of fraudulent practices in the selection process for Civil Servant Candidate (CPNS). Oli, as she is called, along with her husband, Rafly N Tilaar alias Raf, were reported to the Jakarta Metro Police on Friday (9/24).

"We reported Oli and RAF, who are suspected of committing fraud and embezzlement, even daring to forge letters with the BKN letterhead," said Odie Hodianto, the legal advisor of the victim, via Liputan6.

Odie said that Oli offered his client to participate in the CPNS acceptance program through the achievement path. Oli prepared the achievement path to replace civil servants who died due to Covid-19 or were terminated due to serious violations.

There are 225 people who became victims with a total loss of Rp 9.7 billion. Odie said that some of the victims are his clients.

"They initially mentioned the opportunity to become civil servants through the achievement path, namely replacing employees who were dishonorably discharged and died from Covid-19," he said.

Oli gave a condition to the victims that they must provide a certain amount of money. The amount of money ranges from Rp 25 million to Rp 156 million. The money was handed over directly or transferred to an account under the name of Oli and her husband.

"Oli assured the victims that they would all be appointed as civil servants because she claimed to know a BKN official. She even promised to return the money if the victims were not accepted as civil servants," Odie continued.

Odie further stated that shortly after the money was received by Oli and RAF, the victims received documents with the BKN letterhead. In the document there is a signature of the Head of BKN (via Liputan6).
