Denying Sarwendah Only Received One House, Ruben Onsu's Side Reveals Asset List

Kapanlagi.com - The turmoil regarding the division of joint property between Ruben Onsu and his ex-wife Sarwendah has entered a new and quite shocking chapter. Ruben's side firmly denies the claim stating that the former wife only received one house.

Minola Sebayang revealed details of assets worth billions of rupiah that have been fully handed over to Sarwendah after they officially separated. Ruben ensured that the division was in accordance with the list of wishes submitted by the woman herself.

The list of property assets received by Sarwendah includes a plot of land measuring 880 meters in Cilandak Barat and land in Bintaro. In addition to the luxury residence, Ruben also handed over five units of cars from various renowned brands for his ex-wife's daily operations.

"First, a plot of land measuring 880 meters on Jalan BDN 1 Cilandak Barat as per the certificate of ownership in the name of Ruben Samuel Onsu. Second, a plot of land measuring 307 meters located on Jalan Cempaka 3 Bintaro," he explained.

This property issue has become a hot topic given their status as a successful celebrity couple during their 11 years of marriage. Ruben claims he continues to pour personal funds into the costs of finishing the luxury house now occupied by Sarwendah.

"So why does Ruben have to pay for the finishing process? There are some pieces of evidence that can be taken later," he asked.

3. Ruben Feels He Has Given His Best

Ruben feels he has given his best to ensure that the life of his ex-wife and his children remains secure and financially comfortable. He regrets the public opinion manipulation that seems to suggest he neglects his family's welfare after the divorce.
