Through his official statement, Richard Lee emphasizes that he has never offered or requested peace as has been reported in various news articles and social media. He also ensures that he is now back to his usual activities.

Amid various speculations, Richard Lee chose to provide clarification on his Instagram account in a calm and reflective tone.

1. Return to Activities and Conduct Evaluations

Richard Lee began his statement by ensuring that he has returned to his professional activities. He also admitted to using the available time for reflection and self-evaluation.

"Alhamdulillah, I am back to being active and starting to work as usual. I am using this time for a lot of reflection and evaluation. There are many things I want to improve so that I can work better and more responsibly in the future. Starting this week, all clinical activities and product development will return to normal with the team that has been fighting all along. Thank you to all the patients and customers who still believe in us. We do not take that trust lightly. May our fasting be smooth until the end of Ramadan," wrote Richard Lee on his Instagram account.

This statement also serves as a confirmation that the clinic's operations and product development continue to run normally.

2. Emphasize Never Asking for Peace

In addition to ensuring that his activities return to normal, Richard Lee also clarified several pieces of information that he deemed inaccurate. He firmly denied the rumor that he had ever proposed a peace agreement.

"Clarifying some inaccurate information: I have never offered or requested peace in any form. All the products I develop are registered and monitored in accordance with applicable regulations. In my professional activities, safety and compliance have always been a priority. For other matters, I choose to respect the ongoing process," he added.

This case initially arose from a report by a consumer named Dr. Amira Farahnaz, also known as Dr. Samira or the detective doctor. She purchased several beauty products from Richard Lee through various marketplaces between October and November 2024.

The products in her shopping cart were quite diverse, ranging from White Tomato, Salmon DNA, to Miss V Stem Cell by Athena Group. The prices were not trivial, some reaching hundreds of thousands of rupiah and exceeding Rp1 million per item.

However, after receiving the items, suspicions arose regarding issues with the products. These included claims that the contents did not match the label, doubts about the sterility of the condition, and packaging that was suspected to be repacked.

After an investigation and case presentation, the Metro Jaya Police finally named Richard Lee as a suspect on December 15, 2025. This case immediately became a public spotlight and was widely discussed on social media.
