Since Sunday (31/5/2020), there have been reports that the police arrested an artist with the initials DS in relation to a drug problem.
The person DS was finally revealed to the public on Monday (1/6/2020) at South Jakarta Police Station at around 10:00 AM.
The DS referred to is actually actor Dwi Sasono, who is known for his cool acting in many films such as DUA GARIS BIRU.
The police explained how they initially found out about Dwi Sasono and the process of his arrest at home.
Dwi Sasono was arrested at his own home on Tuesday (26/5/2020) after being monitored by the police. He did not resist at all during the arrest.
Dwi Sasono was asked to give a statement. He thanked the police for giving him a chance to change.
Dwi admitted that he is indeed a drug addict but strongly denied being a criminal or a bad person.
Dwi also wants to recover from addiction. He wants this problem to be resolved quickly so that he can be reunited with his children and wife at home.
Behind his mask, Dwi Sasono cannot hide his regret. Hopefully, this problem can be resolved quickly and Dwi can recover from drug addiction.
