Elvia Cerolline, Former Billy Syahputra Clarifies Accusations of Embezzling Money from Same-Sex Partner

Kapanlagi.com - Former lover Billy Syahputra namely Elvia Cerolline is accused of embezzling Rp 100 million by a woman named Lia who turns out to be her same-sex partner.

Elvia Cerolline also claimed to have received a legal warning from Lia. In order to explain the real issue, Elvia Cerolline and her lawyer, Ika Nedi Wahyudi, finally clarified the allegations.

1. Starting from the Gift of a Car

This problem started when Lia wanted to give a car to Elvia on her birthday. But what happened was, Lia gave Rp 100 million to Elvia to pay for the car installments. After that, accusations of embezzlement of the money emerged.

"If the issue of the car was promised as a birthday gift to El on June 1st. Actually, El never asked for it. Then the 100 million, actually she was promised to buy the car in cash on her birthday, but at that time it was given in installments," said Ika Nedi Wahyudi when met in Central Jakarta on Wednesday (29/7).

"Meanwhile, this dealer keeps chasing El because the car installments are not yet completed. Then El asked 'should I hand over this 100 million to the dealer or what?' she (Lia) said hold on. That's why we clarify today that our client never felt exploited," he continued.

2. The Relationship between Elvia and Lia

Elvia Cerolline admits that she does have a special relationship with Lia. But their relationship started to deteriorate because her same-sex partner was involved in legal issues.

"If the introduction was already a year ago at a social event, but it really became intense from early March before we went to Bangkok, we met in Bali but it was still normal," said Elvia Cerolline.

"Finally, when I found out about her (legal) problem. I also don't want to be friends with someone negative like that. So I take care of myself and find out first so she can focus on her problem," she concluded.
