The marriage, which has been established since 2018 and blessed with three children, seems to be facing quite a complicated issue. This is because the lawsuit filed by Meiza is not just about separation.

In her lawsuit, Meiza Aulia is also demanding custody rights over their children. This indicates that Meiza wants custody to fall into her hands after the divorce.

"The lawsuit is a divorce lawsuit, meaning it is filed by the wife, along with a claim for custody of the children. Yes, the custody of the children is filed by the plaintiff, in this case Meiza," explained Dadang.

The court will now summon both parties, Eza Gionino and Meiza Aulia, to attend the first hearing. The main agenda in this first hearing is mediation, an effort to reconcile the two.

"In practice, in fact, if the plaintiff and the defendant are present in the trial, then the first trial is mediation," he explained.

However, this mediation process can only proceed if Eza and Meiza are both present. "Mediation can be conducted if both parties are present. The wife and the husband," concluded Dadang.
