Family Reveals Condition of Vadel Badjideh's Mother After Her Son Was Detained, Experienced a Drop in Health Until She Was Taken to the Clinic

Vadel's brother, Martin Badjideh, mentioned that their mother's condition had worsened to the point that she needed to be examined at a clinic. However, the family decided to care for her at home so that she could receive support from her loved ones.

"Yes. She did go to the clinic for treatment, but we decided to care for her at home. We were worried that there wouldn’t be anyone to talk to her there," said Martin at the South Jakarta Police, Tuesday (18/2/2025).

Bintang, who is also Vadel Badjideh's older sibling, added that Vadel has a unique habit before going to bed. He often asks his mother to cook fried rice, something that can now only be a memory for his mother.

"He often requests fried rice in the morning. Before going to bed, he would request, 'fried rice first, mom.' Sometimes mom likes it in the morning like that," said Bintang.

3. Vadel's Mother's Health Condition

The declining health condition requires the family to pay more attention to Vadel's mother. Although she wants to visit her son, her health has become the top priority.

"Yes, but mom's condition is also dropping. God willing, on Thursday we will just see, if mom can, we will take her to meet Vadel," said Bintang.

The family continues to provide support so that Vadel's mother can be stronger in facing this situation. They often invite her to talk and give her encouragement so that she can accept the situation more sincerely.
