Five 'Indonesian Idol' Judges Predict that the Competition in Special Season Will Be Fierce and Dominated by Male Contestants!

From thousands of people who participated in online auditions and were then filtered down to hundreds to meet the five main judges in Jakarta, the names of those who will advance to the Spectacular stage have already been seen.

From the audition process to the elimination, the five main judges, namely Anang Hermansyah, Ari Lasso, Judika, Maia Estianty, and Rossa, have been able to predict. If the tenth season brought forth female singers, this latest season is strongest in male contestants.

Judika added, "Personally, I believe that the competition between the girls and boys will be very tight this year. Last year, I didn't find any strong male rockers or pop singers, but this year it's very evident. The female contestants should be careful, as the competition will be fierce."

In the previous two seasons, Maia Estianty often made comments using her glasses as a producer, which turned out to be true. When asked what it would be like this year, she said that a star would emerge from the male contestants. Although it cannot be confirmed whether the male contestant will win the competition or not.

"I predict that there will be male contestants in my industry. But if the first champion is heavy, because it's intense. In Indonesian Idol, we lack male contestants, but this year it's very promising, they could become stars. There are also girls in the industry," said Maia.

Furthermore, Ari Lasso explained that Indonesian Idol not only looks for singers with good voices, but also individuals who can become new idols.

"We are not looking for just singers. If we were, there are millions of people in every city who can sing. But what we are looking for in Indonesian Idol is singers who can become idols. Finding good singers is easy. But finding singers who are good and can become idols is the essence of Indonesian Idol," concluded Ari Lasso.
