"So here I state, after studying the existing documents well, the issues at hand, even though there have been mutual reports to the police, I consider this actually a matter that can still be resolved amicably," he said.

The issue began when Herawati reported Andre Taulany's ex-wife to the South Jakarta Metro Police for alleged minor assault. Conversely, Erin's party also filed a counter-report regarding allegations of defamation and violations of personal data.

"I will not discredit Mrs. Erin, because I think this is just a case of ordinary misunderstanding," he stated.
