Clara Shinta Officially Reports Her First Ex-Husband with Initials DG

Beautiful celebrity Clara Shinta has finally taken firm legal action against her first ex-husband, who is identified by the initials DG. Accompanied by her legal counsel, Clara visited the Metro Jaya Police Headquarters to report allegations of defamation and slander that have harmed her reputation.

"Today, June 4, 2024, we, as legal advisors, accompany Mrs. Clara Shinta to file a complaint and police report regarding an incident that allegedly involved defamation committed by someone with the initials DG," said Moh. Akil Rumaday when met by KapanLagi at the Metro Jaya Police Headquarters on Thursday (04/06/2024).

Clara Shinta revealed that she has been quite patient by staying silent all this time. However, the accusations made by her ex-husband's side are considered to have crossed the line and have greatly harmed her life both personally and professionally.

"I need to say that I have been very quiet all this time. Sometimes when you interview me, I tend to be passive and just want to make peace, but this time I want to speak up for myself because so far I have been greatly harmed in my life," said Clara Shinta.

In her report, Clara's side used articles from the latest Criminal Code as well as the ITE Law regarding aggravated defamation. The report has been officially received by the investigator with the number LP: LP/B/3983/VI/SPKT/POLDA METRO JAYA.

"So earlier we made one report from Mrs. Clara as the reporter and we have received the receipt for the report as stated in Article 433 of the Criminal Code Law Number 1 of 2023 and also Article 441. There is an aggravation related to one-third,"explained Akil.

Clara emphasized that this step was taken solely to defend herself from unfounded information. She wants to correct all the negative news that has been widely circulated in the media.

"What is clear is that Mrs. Clara wants to clarify and correct all the information circulating that what was conveyed by the initials DG is unfounded," said her legal counsel.

The feud between Clara and her ex-husband has indeed been public consumption for some time now. Currently, the case has entered the legal realm and is awaiting further investigation.
