Once Accused of Unprofessionalism, Sunan Kalijaga Refutes Erin Taulany's Allegations

Kapanlagi.com - Although the alleged assault case between Hera and Erin, the ex-wife of Andre Taulany, has escalated to the investigation stage, the opportunity for a peaceful resolution is still open. Hera's legal counsel, Deolipa Yumara, stated that her client has not ruled out the possibility of pursuing Restorative Justice (RJ) from the beginning.
However, according to Deolipa, peace cannot be achieved if it only comes from one party. A mutual commitment is needed for the process to proceed.
"Hera has had a commitment from the start. But if it’s only Hera who expresses forgiveness without from Mrs. Erin as well, then the case will continue. As lawyers, we prefer to mediate. But if it really cannot happen, then the case will proceed to trial," said Deolipa at the South Jakarta Metro Police, Tuesday (30/6/2026).
She explained that the main condition for peace is mutual forgiveness. Beyond that, there are still several technical issues that need to be resolved, including the rights of her client that are claimed to have not been fulfilled.
"The condition for peace is actually simple, mutual forgiveness. Other issues like the confiscated mobile phone and unpaid wages are technical issues that have their own requirements," she explained.

Deolipa also revealed that his party has prepared special requirements if Erin wants to resolve the case through RJ. However, he is not yet willing to disclose the details to the public.
"We are still open to the opportunity for RJ. Of course, with the special requirements that we have prepared," he said.

However, until now there is still no mediation agenda facilitated by the investigators. Deolipa emphasized that his party is ready to continue the legal process up to trial if reconciliation is not achieved.
"There is always an opportunity for RJ. But if there is no RJ, that's okay, the case will continue. We are ready up to the trial," he concluded.
