This is the Reason Nur Dared to Escape from the House of Andre Taulany's Ex-Wife

Former household assistant Rien Wartia Trigina, Nur, speaks out about her reasons for escaping from her employer's house. Nur admitted that she felt uncomfortable working at that place just a few weeks after she started her duties.

Basuki, as her legal counsel, explained that his client had actually tried to resign amicably. However, this request was denied by the employer on technical grounds regarding the availability of a replacement.

"From the beginning, around 15 days, yes, it was already uncomfortable to work there
because the situation was not, well, made my heart uneasy," said Basuki when met at the South Jakarta Police Station, Friday (5/6/2026).

Nur managed to hold on for some time while waiting for the foundation to send someone new. Unfortunately, the wait did not yield results until finally Nur felt she could no longer endure.

Ultimately, after working for almost two months, Nur chose the shortcut to leave without permission. The decision to escape was purely made to save her deteriorating mental health. "Waiting and waiting, but nothing happened, and finally it became unbearable after almost two months there, almost two months of not being able to endure, so she escaped," explained Basuki.

Regarding Erin's accusation that Nur's husband was a provocateur behind the escape, Basuki firmly denied it. He believes it is reasonable for a husband to take a firm stance when knowing his wife is under pressure.

According to him, every husband will definitely worry if he receives complaints about his wife's condition not being well at work. This is a form of protection that is natural for family members to exhibit.

"Any husband who receives complaints from his wife, especially if his wife is far away from him and staying at someone else's house, will certainly take a stance on how to ensure his wife's safety," said Basuki.

Nur added that she felt panicked and helpless due to the order to provide information that was not in accordance with the facts. This situation was one of the strong motivations for her to leave the house immediately.

"Yes, there is pressure, there is anger too, then I was asked to speak nicely when I came here yesterday. So I panicked, I was scared, I couldn't," concluded Nur.
