New Testimony from Former Maid Erin Wartia, Escaped by Jumping a 2-Meter Fence

The case involving Rien Wartia Trigina, commonly known as Erin, the former wife of Andre Taulany, is back in the spotlight. Former maid (ART) named Nur provided additional testimony while undergoing questioning at the South Jakarta Metro Police on Tuesday (6/9/2026).

Nur appeared as a witness in the report filed by Hera. Her legal counsel stated that all the experiences Nur had gone through have now been conveyed to the investigators.

One of the highlights is Nur's story about leaving Erin's house. According to the legal counsel, Nur did not exit through the door like someone who was asked to go home.

"Earlier today, our client Teh Nur conveyed and added information that was missed during the previous examination. So everything that was seen and felt at that time has been presented," said Basuki when met at the South Jakarta Metro Police, Tuesday (6/9/2026).

Basuki explained that his client chose an extreme way by jumping over the fence of Erin Wartia's house, which is said to be about two meters high. This condition is seen as indicating the pressure that Nur felt at that time.

"If a person has been asked to go home, it certainly should not be in another way. The fact yesterday was that when leaving, it was not through the door, yes, it was not through the door as we normally exit the house, but by jumping a fairly high fence," he said.

Nur then revealed the reason behind his actions. He admitted that he had previously tried to leave while taking his belongings out of Erin's house.

However, the first attempt failed after being discovered by security personnel. Because of that, he chose to escape without taking anything.

"I had already tried to escape before with my belongings like ordering Grab, but I got caught again by security. So I thought it would be difficult to take things if I was escaping, that's why I escaped the second time without taking anything because the second time I jumped over the fence," he said.
