Kapanlagi.com - Senior artist Donny Kesuma is currently undergoing intensive treatment in the ICU room of a hospital in the Bekasi area due to a weak heart. Donny Kesuma's child, Ghassaan Indira Kesuma, said that his father had been suffering from heart disease since 2015.

"The beginning of the heart disease was in 2015. Finally, it was decided to use a ring in one lane in his heart," said Ghassaan Indira Kesuma when interviewed via Zoom on Sunday (17/3/2024).

Ghassaan Indira Kesuma admitted that his father has a very busy schedule, especially at night. This busy schedule often disrupts his father's activities.

"His activities are quite busy and the busiest time is usually at night. So his sleep quality is disturbed. Even healthy people can get sick if their sleep quality is disrupted, let alone my father who already has a disease like this but still continues his activities at night," he said.

1. Already Often Reminded Children

Ghassaan Indira Kesuma has actually reminded his father to reduce his activity density. However, because there was no problem with his heart, Donny Kesuma continued his activities as usual.

"Of course we forbid it, who wants their parents to get sick? so we have often told him but there is still a little rebellious attitude from dad, 'it's okay dad is safe', but in the end it turned out like this. that's what we are most afraid of," he said.

2. Experiencing Kidney and Stomach Disorders

What is regretted by Ghassaan Indira Kesuma, the father does not consume food regularly. According to the doctor's statement, Donny Kesuma experienced disorders in the kidneys and stomach.

"Unfortunately, after that, dad's consumption is not regular. So it turns out that if I'm not mistaken, the doctor said there were also disorders in his kidneys and stomach," he said.

"So actually what triggered dad to be admitted to the hospital until entering the ICU was not receiving food. So dad no longer has an appetite, so now his food is redirected through an infusion," he concluded.
