Lawyer Talks About Third Parties and Domestic Violence Between Raffi Ahmad's Younger Sibling and Andika Rosadi

Kapanlagi.com - There are rumors that the collapse of the marriage between Nisya Ahmad and Andika Rosadi is due to a third party. Not only that, but there are also claims that domestic violence (KDRT) has occurred in their marriage.

Nata Sasmita, Andika's legal counsel, has not openly addressed the existence of a third party as the cause of the collapse of the marriage between his client and Nisya. Moreover, this has not been revealed in court proceedings either.

"For now, this dispute is just a normal thing. It has not been revealed whether there really is a third party or something else," he said when met at the South Jakarta Religious Court on Thursday (1/8/2024).

"Domestic violence cannot be addressed yet, as there is currently no evidence for it," Nata continued regarding whether there is indeed domestic violence in their marriage.

1. It Happened a Long Time Ago

According to Nata, the divorce between Raffi Ahmad's younger brother and Andika is due to arguments. In fact, this has been happening for a long time and there is still no resolution.

"If the issue is arguments, it's because they are still young and there have always been conflicts in their lifestyle since the past," he explained.

"It's just a normal disagreement. It's just the usual bickering, that's why it's something normal. If they say it happens often, maybe they feel that way, but in this situation, it’s not too frequent," Nata continued.

2. Trying to Hold On

Nata emphasizes that his client is still trying to maintain her marriage with Nisya. However, it seems that Nisya has not yet agreed to this.

"If the defendant really wants to maintain the marriage for the sake of the child," he concluded.

As reported, Nisya filed for divorce at the South Jakarta Religious Court on May 10, 2024. Their first divorce hearing was then held on May 30, 2024.
