Kapanlagi.com - Lawyer Vadel Badjideh, Razman Arif Nasution, kept his promise to report allegations of violence against Nikita Mirzani's child, Laura Meizani Mawardi alias Lolly to the National Commission on Human Rights. On Tuesday (21/1/2025), Razman visited the Komnas HAM office on Jalan Latuharhary, Menteng, Central Jakarta, bringing a complaint that he claimed was based on a direct request from Laura.
"This is in order to follow up on the wishes and hopes of Laura Meizani Mawardi alias Lolly that she conveyed to me," said Razman when met at the location.
Razman explained that the report contains allegations of violence experienced by Laura. The allegations include both verbal and non-verbal violence, which Laura recounted directly to Razman as her legal representative.

In addition to Laura's request, Razman stated that this step also received support from several state officials. He said that some parties consider this case to be a violation of human rights that deserves serious attention.
"We came here also as a result of my consultations with several state officials, who believe that this is part of the human rights violations experienced by Ms. Laura Meizani Mawardi," he explained.
Razman emphasized that, as a legal counsel, he is responsible for ensuring that Laura receives the proper legal protection. According to him, the National Human Rights Commission (Komnas HAM) is one of the appropriate institutions to handle this case.

"This is a form of legal protection for children, and I hope that the National Human Rights Commission can respond well to this complaint," said Razman.
The case of alleged violence experienced by Laura Meizani has attracted public attention for some time, especially because it involves the family of celebrity Nikita Mirzani. Razman's steps to the National Human Rights Commission are expected to be a starting point for resolving this issue legally.
With the evidence and support he has, Razman is optimistic that this complaint will receive attention from the authorities. He hopes that the truth regarding the alleged violence experienced by Laura can be revealed and justice served.
"With what we have conveyed today, I hope all parties can see this issue clearly, so that the truth can be uncovered," concluded Razman Arif Nasution.
