Long-Tailed Fraud Allegations, Now Agustin and Karnu, the People Who Reported Nia Daniaty's Child, Are Reported to the Jakarta Metro Police

The latest development is that Agustin and Karnu, the people who reported Olivia Nathania, are now being reported by CS and HS. These two individuals claim to be victims of the alleged CPNS fraud.

Accompanied by their legal counsel, Cengly M Gurning, CS and HS reported Agustin and Karnu to the Jakarta Metro Police on Tuesday (5/10) with report number STTLP/B/4920/X/2021/SPKT/POLDAMETROJAYA, Date: 5 October.

"Today we filed a report with the police regarding allegations of fraud and embezzlement in relation to the implementation of the 2021 CPNS selection based on achievements. Today, my clients, there are two reports. For Mrs. Agustin and Karnu. Yesterday, they claimed to be victims. With this report, we want to present the facts," said Cengly M Gurning at the Jakarta Metro Police on Tuesday (5/10/2021).

"With this report, we want to clarify that our clients are actually victims of them. As for the further process, we leave it to the police. Regarding the evidence, we have it and we will make a report. That's all we can say," he added.

1. Olivia is not the Deceiver

Meanwhile, the individuals who claimed to be victims, Agustin, CS, and HS, are certain that it was not Olivia Nathania who deceived them. It turns out that the person who promised them acceptance as civil servants (PNS) in exchange for a sum of money was Agustin.

"For PNS acceptance, it was promised that we would be accepted. It was even guaranteed 1000 percent. There was even a WhatsApp group that said the person we reported instructed and asked our friends to resign from their jobs. If I were to tell this story, it might seem exaggerated, but we will present the process, and each of our friends requested to accompany us so that it can be balanced, that's all," said HS.

"Basically, he (Agustin) told us about our CPNS opportunity, and in the end, we were enticed because we saw that he was a civil servant (ASN)," added CS.

2. Agustin, the Recipient of Money

Under the promise of entering civil servant, Gurning said that both of his clients had given money to Agustin with a value of tens of millions of rupiah.

"If CS is Rp35 million, if HS is temporarily Rp40 million, and others are also varied," said Gurning.

"So as not to be mistaken, previously it means we have never known anyone named Olivia or anyone else. We only know Agustin. Agustin's mother directed it. It is true that at certain times we were introduced to Mrs. Olivia. But the process from beginning to end, the decision was made by Agustin's mother," Gurning concluded.
