Nia Daniaty's Child Promises Victims to Become TNI and Police CPNS

Kapanlagi.com - Nia Daniaty's daughter, Olivia Nathania, and her husband, Rafly N Tilaar, were supposed to undergo questioning regarding the alleged fraud case disguised as the recruitment of civil servants (CPNS) at the Metro Jaya Regional Police on Tuesday (5/10/2021). However, the questioning of Olivia and Rafly had to be postponed as both of them did not attend.

"Today, we scheduled Ms. ON and Mr. RN to attend for clarification. However, only their lawyer came to the criminal investigation unit of the Metro Jaya Police," said the Head of Public Relations of the Metro Jaya Regional Police, Commissioner Yusri Yunus, at the Metro Jaya Regional Police on Tuesday (5/10/2021).

"The lawyer conveyed that they had other activities and requested to reschedule the questioning to around Monday, October 11. Hopefully, they can attend," he added.

Previously, Olivia and Rafly were reported by two men named Karnu and Agustin to the Metro Jaya Regional Police on September 23, 2021. They were accused of committing alleged fraud disguised as the recruitment of civil servants (CPNS).

1. CPNS TNI and Polri

Kombes Yusri revealed that Olivia Nathania had promised her victims to become CPNS TNI and Polri.

"This is a report from the victim's lawyer. That there is someone who can make all of them become CPNS, TNI and Polri members," said Kombes Yusri.

"By mentioning names that can help them pass. Although the reporter also mentioned that they also opened a course, that's why we need the accused to explain," added Kombes Yusri.

2. Hoping the Next Hearing is Attended by the Accused

Olivia and Rafly are scheduled to undergo further examination at Polda Metro Jaya on Monday (11/10/2021). Yusri hopes that both Olivia and her husband can attend the examination.

"This is what we are still waiting for, hopefully on Monday the accused can attend," Yusri concluded.
