Kapanlagi.com - The trial verdict of Alief Hedy Nurmaulid's lawsuit against his ex-wife, Jenita Janet, regarding joint property, was postponed on Wednesday, October 6, 2021. After the trial, Jenita Janet's lawyer, Rangga B. Rikuser, mentioned the Harley Davidson motorcycle that was included in Alief's lawsuit.
Rangga suspects that the Harley Davidson motorcycle has been sold by Alief. This is because Alief himself could not present the motorcycle in court. From here, there is a suspicion of embezzlement.
"We suspect that the Harley Davidson is not there, and that is where embezzlement occurs. It could have been sold, most likely it has been sold," said Rangga when met at the Bekasi Religious Court on Tuesday (9/28/2021).
"It means that what he claimed, he should prove. Apparently, he can't prove it. They have photocopies on top of photocopies," added Yopi, who is also Jenita Janet's lawyer.
The verdict on the joint property will be held on October 6, 2021 at the Bekasi Religious Court. As the legal representative, Yopi is optimistic that Alief's lawsuit will be rejected by the panel of judges. Considering that the attached evidence is complete.
“Yes, we are very optimistic, first we look at the evidence. At the third hearing in Bandung, the first and second hearings we attended, in the third hearing, the plaintiff's legal representative was late. And the Harley motorcycle could not be presented. Meanwhile, we have cars, Civic, Alphard, everything is there,” said Yopi.
Previously, Alief filed a joint property lawsuit after officially divorcing Jenita Janet. In his lawsuit, Alief requested for the property currently owned by his ex-wife to be divided in half.
Some of these assets include a house in Gading Serpong, a house in Jatirahayu, an apartment unit in Pasteur, Bandung. There is also a Toyota Alphard car, Honda Civic, and a Harley Davidson motorcycle.
