Marijuana Seeds and Several Psychotropic Drugs Found During Search, Ojan Sisitipsi Arrested After Performing at Block M

Kapanlagi.com - Sisitipsi vocalist, Muhammad Fauzan Lubis alias Ojan, was reportedly arrested by the police for drug-related charges. The police revealed that Ojan was arrested after performing in Blok M, South Jakarta.

During the arrest, the police searched Ojan's car and found marijuana seeds. Not only that, but the police also found several psychotropic drugs.

"So, at the first crime scene, the person in question was arrested after he finished his activity," said the Head of Narcotics Unit of West Jakarta Metro Police, AKBP Danang Setiyo at West Jakarta Metro Police, Friday (18/3).

"We secured him, then we checked the direction of the car, we checked inside the car and found some marijuana seeds, and then there were some psychotropic drugs," he continued.

In addition, Danang also stated that Ojan had a doctor's prescription for the possession of the psychotropic drugs. However, the police will still investigate further regarding the dosage.

"We will check deeper whether the prescription from the doctor includes all the drugs found or just some of them," he said.

Moreover, during the investigation, Ojan admitted to using drugs for his daily activities. He claimed to use marijuana to support his daily activities as a musician, although this is a violation of the law. It is not justified for any reason," said Zulpan.

3. Evidence Seized by Police

In addition to leftover marijuana, the police also seized evidence including five and a half xanax pills, half a dumolid pill, one alprazolam pill, one lavol capsule, a prescription for psychotropic drugs, and a black Jazz car. As well as one pack of paper at his home in the Larangan area of Cipadu, Tangerang.

From the urine test results, Ojan was found positive for THC. The police charged Muhammad Fauzan with Article 127 paragraph 1 of the Narcotics Law No. 35 of 2009 with a maximum sentence of 5 years in prison.

4. Threatened with 5 Years in Prison

After being declared a suspect, Ojan was charged with Article 127 Paragraph 1 of Law Number 35 of 2009 concerning Narcotics and Article 62 of Law Number 5 of 1997 concerning Psychotropic Drugs. Without a doubt, Ojan faces a maximum sentence of 5 years in prison.

5. Urine Test

In addition, Zulpan explained that the determination of Ojan as a suspect refers to the evidence and the results of the urine test.

Among the evidence found were marijuana seeds weighing 0.20 grams claimed to have been found in Ojan's car carpet, 5 1/2 Xanax pills, 1/2 Dumolid pill, 1 Calmet Aprazolam pill, 1 Lavol capsule, and 1 pack of paper.
