New Facts Uncovered in the Nikita Mirzani Trial, Witness Reveals Allegations of Skincare Fraud

The continuation of the case involving Nikita Mirzani was held again at the South Jakarta District Court on Thursday (18/9/2025). The courtroom atmosphere suddenly heated up when one of the witnesses presented by Nyai revealed a shocking fact that was not directly related to the main case.

This trial, which focused on witness examination, featured four individuals: Anti, Fitria Ernawati, Sumarni, and Yosi Puspitasari. However, attention quickly turned to the testimony of Yosi Puspitasari, whose story opened a new chapter and cornered the other party.

In front of the panel of judges, Yosi admitted that she did not know Nikita Mirzani personally. She only knew the mother of three as a public figure. Her encounter with Nikita began with a complaint, where Yosi felt she was a victim of beauty products from Dr. Reza Gladys.

Yosi recounts that her meeting with Nikita happened accidentally. At that time, she saw Nikita as a vocal figure in revealing facts related to beauty products, similar to a Detective Doctor.

"I met Nikita by chance at a restaurant in Kemang in 2024. At that time, I told her that I was a victim of Reza Gladys' skincare product," Yosi said in the courtroom.

Furthermore, Yosi detailed the chronology of when she bought a skincare product called Glowing Booster Cell in August 2023. Tempted by the claims made, she purchased it. However, the product she received was far from her expectations and raised suspicions.

"They said the product could make you glow, tighten your skin, and was safe to use at home. But when it arrived, there was no BPOM number, usage instructions, expiration date, or even batch production," she revealed.

Feeling cheated, Yosi revealed that she had spent up to Rp 2.5 million on the product. This figure, according to her, differs from Reza Gladys's statement in the Examination Report (BAP).

"I have proof of a transfer of Rp 2.4 million. But in the BAP, Reza claimed to have sold it for Rp 750 thousand," Yosi asserted.

The reason Yosi shared this issue with Nikita Mirzani is that she hopes to get assistance. Her disappointment peaked after discovering that the product she used was actually on the list of dangerous products released by BPOM.

"I hope to get help because I am very disappointed. Especially after BPOM released that the product is dangerous. How could a doctor sell a product without BPOM's permission at such a high price," she concluded.
