Nikita Mirzani Demands Reza Gladys to Compensate a Fantastic Rp114 Billion, Requests Asset Seizure

1. Nikita Teams Up with a Friend

In her lawsuit, Nikita Mirzani is not alone. The star of the film NENEK GAYUNG has teamed up with her friend, Ismail Marzuki, as the plaintiff. Meanwhile, the defendants are Dr. Reza Gladys Prettyanisari and her husband, Dr. Attaubah Mufid.

2. Breach of Promise

The lawsuit filed by the mother of three is classified as a breach of contract case, which is suspected to be related to a cooperation agreement between them. The first point in her claim requests the judges to order Reza Gladys and her husband to return a sum of money amounting to billions of rupiah.

"To sentence the DEFENDANTS to return the amount of Rp. 4,000,000,000,- (four billion rupiah) to the PLAINTIFFS in cash," thus reads one of the excerpts in the petition of the lawsuit.

Not stopping there, Nikita is also demanding compensation for alleged breach of contract amounting to Rp10 billion. This loss is calculated from the time the cooperation agreement was agreed upon in November 2024.

However, the most shocking demand is for compensation for the destruction of credibility and the loss of opportunity to earn a living. For this crucial point, Nikita Mirzani is demanding compensation of a very large amount, namely Rp100 billion.

"To punish the DEFENDANTS jointly and severally to pay in cash and directly for the damages caused by the destruction of credibility and the loss of opportunity for the PLAINTIFFS to earn a living, amounting to IDR 100,000,000,000 (one hundred billion rupiah)," demands Nikita Mirzani.

7. Sue for IDR 114 Billion

The total value of this lawsuit amounts to IDR 114 billion. In addition to financial claims, Nikita also requests the court to impose a lien on the assets of Reza Gladys, namely a house and building located in the Cilandak area, South Jakarta. Previously, Nikita was known to have filed a similar lawsuit but later withdrew it.
