Nikita Mirzani Asks Reza Gladys to Prepare Mentally for Their Meeting in Court

Kapanlagi.com - Nikita Mirzani is ready to undergo her first trial for alleged extortion and threats against Reza Gladys. The trial is being held at the South Jakarta District Court on Tuesday (24/6/2025), with an escort from the Prosecutor's Office as Nikita arrived at the location.

Currently, Nikita is known to be in custody at the Pondok Bambu Detention Center in East Jakarta. She also expressed her mental readiness to face the trial, including sending a message to Reza Gladys.

“Good Alhamdulillah, ready (to face the trial). Of course, ready," said Nikita Mirzani, who appeared to be wearing a detention outfit, upon her arrival at the South Jakarta District Court on Tuesday (24/6/2025).

She also conveyed a message directly to Reza, who is her accuser in this case. Nikita highlighted Reza's lifestyle and challenged him to prepare for the ongoing legal process.

"Reza is the queen of flexing, so use your wealth in court later. The message is, prepare your mental," Nikita said again conveying her message to Reza Gladys.

2. Nikmir Is Not Afraid to Face the Trial Process

Furthermore, Nikita emphasized that she is not afraid to undergo the trial process. She even mentioned that meeting Reza directly in the courtroom is something she has long awaited.

"Ready, this is what we've been waiting for. Later you will see the indictment yourselves. Soon he will face me," Nikita said.

3. Starting from Reza Gladys' Report

This case originated from a report made by Reza Gladys to the Metro Jaya Police on December 3, 2024. In the report, Reza included allegations of violations of the Electronic Information and Transactions Law (ITE) and money laundering offenses (TPPU) committed by Nikita and her assistant, Mail.

Nikita is suspected of violating Article 27B paragraph 2 of Law Number 1 of 2024 concerning ITE, as well as the article regarding money laundering, namely Article 184 of the Criminal Code and Constitutional Court Decision Number 21 of 2014.

4. Nikita Mirzani Detained Since March 4, 2025

After an investigation by the authorities, Nikita and Mail were officially named suspects. Both have been in detention at the Metro Jaya Police since March 4, 2025, before being transferred to the Pondok Bambu Detention Center after the case files were declared complete or P21.

The alleged violations that implicate Nikita and Mail also refer to Article 27B paragraph (2) in conjunction with Article 45 paragraph (10) of Law Number 11 of 2008 as last amended by Law Number 1 of 2024. In addition, they are also charged under Article 368 of the Criminal Code as well as Articles 3, 4, and 5 of Law Number 8 of 2010 concerning the Prevention and Eradication of Money Laundering Crimes.
