No More Resentment, Dhena Devanka Admits Her Relationship with Jonathan Frizzy is Better

Kapanlagi.com - The divorce trial between Jonathan Frizzy and Dhena Devanka was held again at the South Jakarta Religious Court on Thursday (16/12). In the scheduled witness examination, Jonathan Frizzy was absent and was only represented by his legal counsel.

Meanwhile, Dhena Devanka was present and brought two witnesses, her mother and the House Assistant (ART). Although it went smoothly, she admitted feeling nervous in this trial.

"Well, today's trial went smoothly, although I was a bit nervous. But everything is fine. Yes, today I was accompanied by my mother because my mother is also a witness," said Dhena Devanka when met after the trial.

"The agenda is the witnesses from Dhena's mother and ART. It went smoothly, the witnesses also gave their statements well, according to the agenda. If asked about the content, we cannot disclose it. But the bottom line is that the trial went well," said the legal counsel, Risyad Rusdi.

1. No More Grudges

Although at the beginning of their divorce process they argued and even reported cases of Domestic Violence (DV), now their relationship has improved.

Dhena Devanka no longer holds any grudges against Jonathan Frizzy. She wants to divorce amicably for the sake of their three children's growth and development.

"I don't feel any grudges, that's why I told him that we shouldn't argue or bring each other down," said Dhena Devanka.

"Because what I want is just a peaceful separation. Because no matter what, we still need to be good parents for the children, we still have to be friends for their growth and development," she concluded.

2. Lengthy Process

This divorce process has indeed taken up a lot of Dhena Devanka's time and energy. However, she had to go through the process. Dhena revealed that she filed for divorce in August and it was only completed nearing the end of the year.

"It's been quite long, I filed the lawsuit in August and now it's almost the end of the year, that's the process," said the mother of three.

3. Court Evidence

In the previous trial, Dhena's party presented several pieces of evidence. Starting from the evidence of the marriage to the evidence of reconciliation between the two parties at the South Jakarta Police Station.

"So, the evidence from the plaintiff is to elaborate, we cannot disclose it yet. But according to what was stated in the plaintiff's lawsuit, it is not far from there, not far from what is already known," said Jonathan Frizzy's legal representative, Sinarta Bangun, at the South Jakarta Religious Court, Thursday (25/11/2021).

4. Submit Custody Rights

Dhena's legal counsel, Risyad Rusdi, stated that they will still submit a request for child custody rights. As for the mandatory child support, it is the husband's obligation.

"We still demand custody rights for the child, and as for the mandatory child support, it is the husband's obligation. We still request child custody, and regarding these matters, we are still handling them together," said Risyad Rusdi when contacted on Thursday (11/25/2021).

5. Peaceful

Lawyer Jonathan Frizzy, Benny Simanjuntak revealed that both parties equally want this issue to end peacefully without going to court. In the case, Benny assessed that Dhena felt threatened, as Ijonk already had a lot of evidence.

"Peaceful. If Ijonk's party really wants peace. The woman's party probably feels threatened too," said Benny Simanjuntak.
