Nostalgia with Anjasmara and Tia Ivanka through the soap opera 'Titipan Ilahi'

Kapanlagi.com - Amidst the Covid-19 pandemic, there are many activities that have to be temporarily stopped, such as film or soap opera production. To fill the empty schedule, several television stations choose to re-air their old soap operas.

Starting from June 1, 2020, viewers can enjoy moments at home with their families while watching Titipan Ilahi on ANTV, which was popular from 2004 to 2005. This soap opera stars a number of top senior actors and actresses such as Anjasmara, Tia Ivanka, Primus Yustisio, Ramzi, Annisa Trihapsari, and many others.

Titipan Ilahi is back on ANTV every Monday to Sunday at 17.45 WIB.

1. Synopsis 'Divine Mystery'

To pay for his tuition fees, Aryo (Anjasmara) works as a cleaning service at Darmanto's company (El Manik), the father of Karina (Tia Ivanka). Coincidentally, Aryo and Karina are friends at the same campus. Over time, the seeds of love grow between Aryo and Karina.

"Besides being played by familiar soap opera stars, the series Divine Trust also has many life values in it," said Gunawan, Senior Manager Acquisition & Distribution ANTV, Sunday (31/5/2020).

2. Presenting the Saraswati Chandra Soap Opera

In addition to Divine Trust, ANTV also presents the latest Indian series titled Saraswati Chandra. This series is played by famous actors and actresses, such as Gautam Rodhe, Jenifer Winget, and Varun Kapoor. Saraswati Chandra airs on ANTV in the morning at 10:30 AM starting from June 1, 2020, every Monday to Sunday.

"For Saraswati Chandra, the main actor Gautam Rhode has been brought to Jakarta and participated in several ANTV programs, so the public is already familiar with him. We hope that both of these series can provide guidance and also entertain loyal ANTV viewers at home," said Gunawan.

Saraswati Chandra tells the story of a young man who lives with his stepfather and stepmother in Dubai. The Father arranges Saras (Gautam Rodhe) to marry an educated woman who lives in a small village named Kumud (Jenifer Winget).

However, Saras's stepmother, Guman, does not approve of this arranged marriage process because she is ambitious to control her husband's wealth and make her biological son, Danny (Varun Kapoor), the only heir. Saras, who initially does not believe in love, rejects this arranged marriage. But slowly, he starts to be interested in Kumud, who reminds him of his late mother.

Danny cannot accept seeing them together and eventually agrees to the marriage. He tries to destroy their relationship by revealing the secret of Saras's biological mother's death and forces Saras to cancel the marriage with Kumud. This triggers a series of misunderstandings and Kumud is forced to accept a marriage proposal from a wealthy but illiterate man named Pramad (Ramesh Deo).
