Not Only 'Failed to Move On', Lawyer Claims Police Report Against BCL's Husband Allegedly Due to Unresolved Household Issues

Kapanlagi.com - The husband of Bunga Citra Lestari or BCL, Tiko Aryawardhana, finally spoke out about the police report filed by his ex-wife Arin Winarto in 2022. It is known that the report was filed for alleged embezzlement cases against Tiko Arta Aryawardhana.

Represented by his legal counsel, Irfan Aghasar suspects that this issue is based on unresolved domestic issues. Therefore, the report was filed and became booming.

"Unresolved domestic issues, should have been resolved before divorce, but they weren't," said Irfan Aghasar when met in Gondangdia, Central Jakarta, on Wednesday (5/6) afternoon.

"I can say that this allegation may not have been able to move on yet. People see that Mas Tiko is already happy with his choice and then bombarded with news like this," he continued.

When asked further, Irfan explained that they did not find anything strange in the submitted report. Therefore, he considered this issue to be consumed by the public due to personal issues between Tiko and his ex-wife that have not been resolved.

"After 2 years with this police report, our assumption is that the motivation we explained as shareholders is not affected, as commissioners are also not affected. Yes, maybe the third motivation is an unresolved personal issue," he said.

2. Can Be Resolved Amicably

In addition, Irfan also explained that this issue should be resolved amicably. Moreover, he suspected that there was a discrepancy in the reported audit process.

"It should be resolved amicably, there is no need for it to be like this, because if we look at the audit report alone, it reaches Rp 6.9 billion," he explained.

"Then the investigator denied it, it didn't reach that amount, what is your opinion about it?" he added.
