Police Confirm Arrest of Selebgram Chandrika Chika and Five of Her Friends Regarding Drug Abuse

Kapanlagi.com - The Narcotics Division of South Jakarta Metropolitan Police has successfully arrested six individuals involved in a drug abuse case. Among these six individuals is selebgram Chandrika Chika.

This was revealed by the Deputy Chief of the Narcotics Division of South Jakarta Metropolitan Police, AKP Reska Anugrah, to the media on Tuesday (23/4) night. He stated that the arrest was conducted at a hotel in the Karet area, Kuningan, South Jakarta, on Monday, April 22, 2024, at around 23:00 WIB.

"At the crime scene, six individuals with the initials AT, 24 years old, female, NJ, 22 years old, female, AMO, 22 years old, male, CK, 20 years old, female, BB, 25 years old, male, HJ, 27 years old, male, were found," said AKP Reska Anugrah.

"One of them is already known, with the initials CK as a selebgram, and HJ is an esports athlete. Yes, CK (Chandrika Chika)," he added.

From the arrest, the police also confiscated evidence in the form of pod vapes or electronic cigarettes containing marijuana or liquid THC. Not only that, they have also tested the evidence that was found.

"The evidence that was confiscated is 1 pod vape containing liquid marijuana or THC. The liquid pods have been tested and tested positive for marijuana," he said.

2. All Positive for Drugs

All six have now been designated as suspects, and after urine tests, they were proven positive for drugs. Not only that, two of them were also proven positive for methamphetamine.

"Based on the examination results, we have designated them as suspects, AT owns the liquid, which he obtained from his friend with the initial R. All six suspects have tested positive in urine tests. Regarding those who tested positive for marijuana, their initials are AT, NJ, CK, and AMO. For methamphetamine, the initials are HJ and BB," he explained.

3. Threatened 4 Years

In addition, the police are still investigating R, who is suspected as the supplier of the illegal goods. Six suspects are charged under Article 127 number 35 of the 2009 narcotics law, with a penalty of 4 years in prison.

"The article we are using is Article 127 number 35 of the 2009 law with a penalty of 4 years in prison. As for the initial R, we are conducting further investigation," he concluded.
