Syakir Daulay Counter-sued Pro Active for Rp 500 Billion in Defamation Allegations
In their lawsuit, Pro Active is seeking compensation of Rp 500 billion for feeling that their reputation has been tarnished by Syakir Daulay.
Kapanlagi.com - The son of senior artist Chintami Atmanagara, Dio Alif Utama, was reported by a woman named Deanni Ivanda. Dio was reported to the police for allegedly committing assault against Deanni.
This was confirmed by AKP Ricky Pranata, the Chief of Krimum Unit of South Jakarta Metropolitan Police. The report was submitted last month by the complainant, Deanni Ivanda herself.
"So, it is true that on August 8, 2020, the complainant with the initials DI reported to the South Jakarta Metropolitan Police regarding the alleged assault under Article 351 of the Criminal Code, which occurred at Jalan Jamrud 5 no. 32, Permata Hijau, Kebayoran Lama District, South Jakarta," said AKP Ricky when met in Kebayoran Lama area on Wednesday (9/9/2020).
"The alleged perpetrator is the person with the initials DA. Brother DI came to the Police on August 8. But actually, he had visited the Police a week earlier, on July 31, 2020," he added.
The incident is suspected to have occurred at Chintami Atmanagara's residence. After that, the police have already conducted a visum on Deanni Ivanda but the results have not yet been released.
"He came here, we conducted a visum but he immediately went home. So, only on August 8th, he made a police report to the Police Resort," he said.

Currently, an examination has been conducted on Deanni Ivanda as the victim. Furthermore, the police will summon witnesses present at the scene of the incident, including Chintami Atmanagara.
"So for this case, we have conducted an examination, we have already scheduled to summon the victim or the reporter themselves, we have conducted an examination, but the process is still ongoing," he concluded.
